Program Description:
Spend your spring break experiencing Italy! Focused on the rish culture and history of Italy, you'll have the opportunity to explore the country first-hand through a visit to Florence. The program includes presentations on history and culture of Italy and consists of mini courses of 2-3 hours each throughout the week. You will have the opportunity to hear guest lectures from professors at ISU's partner institution, Lorenzo de Medici, and work on a case study of an Italian company.

Students enrolled in Management 367 for Spring Semester 2018 will participate in the Study Abroad Shorts; Introduction to Italy program during spring break. Details about the Course:
  • Earn 3 Business College Credits (MGMT 367)
  • Prereq: Junior Standing
  • Study the essentials of operating an entrepreneurial firm in an international environment. Topics include understanding the role of entrepreneurship in economic development, starting and developing a business in an international market, financing international ventures, influences of culture and international management.
  • $500 automatic scholarship for College of Business students.
