Earn up to 6 credits when you study with AIFS in Salzburg, Austria. You may choose to live in double or triple rooms in residences halls, meal allowance to subsidize the cost of purchasing meals and groceries. Enjoy cultural activities like walking tours, visits to museums and art galleries, pastry tasting and musical events, and trips to Opera at the Marionette Theater, Salt Mines, and Hellbrunn Palace. A 3-day trip to Vienna and day trip to Munich, Germany are included, and an optional excursion to Innsbruck is available.

PLEASE BE AWARE that not all short-term programs through AIFS have been approved for transfer credit. Check with your academic advisor to determine whether the credits will transfer, and check with AIFS to make sure that the credits will be issued on a transcript from the overseas institution (not a "school of record"). If you are not earning academic credit, you will not be eligible for financial aid from ISU. If you opt for ISU independent study credit, you will be paying both the AIFS program costs as well as ISU tuition and fees for the number of credits you'll earn.
