The University of Limerick (UL) was established in 1972 and is an internationally focused university with over 11,000 students and 1,300 staff. UL's engineering department offers many areas of engineering including: aeronautical, biomedical, civil and construction, chemical, computer, electrical, mechanical engineering and courses for IE students.
