COSTS:
ISU students pay their regular ISU tuition and fees to Iowa State University (tuition and fees may vary by major and classification).
Tuition and fees are billed via the UBill system per usual for the semester abroad.
Health and emergency insurance is also billed via the UBill system. The cost is $1.62/day.
All other payments are paid by the student.
On-campus (UCD) accommodation costs are approximately $1,000 per month.
Food/meals cost approximately $500 per month.
Local transportation: approximately $100 per month.
Academic expenses (books/supplies) about $100 per month.
Personal expenses/Incidentals about $400-$500 per month (varies - depends on personal spending habits!)
Student Visa/Registration approximately $400.
Airline ticket approximately $1650.
