Billable subtotal costs will be processed through your ISU U-Bill.
The program fee is $15,995, but Iowa State students receive a $1000 discount from CEA. The program fee includes: tuition and fees, registration, orientation, airport pickup, welcome and farewell receptions, housing, official transcript, cultural excursions/activities, student support services, CEA On-site Staff and administrative costs.

Non-billable subtotal are estimated expenses that you will pay directly, out of pocket. These costs may vary depending on currency exchange rate and other factors.
Some examples of items in Anticipated Personal Expenses: SIM card and phone data plan, local transportation, laundry, toiletries, entertainment, taxi/Uber rides. Personal trips to other cities or countries during weekends or breaks are not included in Anticipated Personal Expenses. To give you an idea, students can choose to spend anywhere from $1,000-$3,000 or more on additional travel while abroad.
If a student withdraws after committing to a program, there could be withdrawal fees.
