“Berlin’s History through Art, Architecture, and Memorials” is a 3-credit hour, 3-week study abroad program in Berlin in July 2020. 3401 0 Wars and Peace: France and Germany - Info Session What you will be doing?
- Examine why wars begin and how peace is achieved.
- Explore sites in Germany and France where conflicts have occurred.
- Reflect on how wars change landscapes and impact cultures and mindsets across generations.
- Discuss current world conflicts and what can be learned from Franco-German reconciliation that made the “impossible” possible.

You will spend 6 days in Berlin including a day-trip to Dresden, 2 days in Cologne, 3 days in Strasbourg, 3 days in Caen, Normandy including a tour to D-Day beaches, and 6 days in Paris. You will visit several places of interest (museums, memorials, battle fields, etc.).
