Program Description:
 Summer 2017
Communication, Identity, and Culture:
Exploring the Basque region of Spain and France

3 credits ComSt 310 or 3 credits ComSt 210
Open to Communication Studies majors and non-majors. No language required.
Prerequisites of ComSt 101, 102, 203, and 301 (for ComSt 310)


 
Experience intercultural communication while enjoying the coast, the mountains, bustling cities and peaceful rural life: There’s a bit of everything in the Basque Country!
 
Develop communication competence with excursions focused on cultural identity, history, verbal communication styles, nonverbal communication behaviors, and other communication topics.
 
Travel for two weeks in northern Spain, southern France and surrounding areas.
