PLEASE BE AWARE that not all short-term programs through AIFS have been approved for transfer credit. Check with your academic advisor to determine whether the credits will transfer, and check with AIFS to make sure that the credits will be issued on a transcript from the overseas institution (not a "school of record"). If you are not earning academic credit, you will not be eligible for financial aid from ISU. If you opt for ISU independent study credit, you will be paying both the AIFS program costs as well as ISU tuition and fees for the number of credits you'll earn.
