NOTE: CUSTOM PROGRAM DATES We understand that our pre-set date programs might not work for all students. If this applies to you, we also offer custom date programs. With a custom date program, you can begin your internship any Monday of the year with the exception of mid-November through early January, as you are not able to intern over the Christmas holiday in Australia/New Zealand. Minimum internship duration is six weeks and you can intern for as long as you would like. Please keep in mind that the custom date option will require a stronger level of independence, as you might be the only student interning during the dates you have chosen. You will have access to our on-site staff for support, but there will be no formal orientation or cultural events during the duration of your program. That said, if there are cultural events through our study abroad programs in the location in which you are interning, you may be able to participate in those. The Education Abroad Network Internship Program collaborates with top industry leaders in the country and provides students with an all-inclusive internship experience! Take advantage of our connections in Australia, earn credit from your home university, meet new friends and create excellent business contacts during your summer or semester internship abroad! "Say yes to life. These four words sum up my experience in Australia, and it would have been impossible without TEAN. Being alone on the other side of the world changed me for the better, made me more confident, and I will always have a place in my heart for TEAN and Sydney, even more so for the friends I made there. I had an opportunity to fulfill my dreams and work for a professional sports team, but that's only a drop in the bucket compared to the experiences and memories I have from Sydney. The opportunity to do something unheard of was presented to me at the beginning of my sophomore year, and I could not have predicted the impact it has made on my life."

PLEASE BE AWARE that this program offers no academic credit. You can consider earning ISU independent study credit (talk to your academic advisor about this). If you do not earn any academic credit, you cannot use your ISU financial aid (but can still apply for loans). If you opt for ISU independent study credit, you will be paying both the provider's program fee as well as ISU tuition and fees for the number of credits you'll earn.
