Application requirements vary widely by program. The parts shown in the sample application are items you MAY see in your application. The application for your particular program may have more parts (e.g., letters of recommendation, which are submitted electronically) or fewer parts (e.g., less items will appear in a particular section or an entire section may not appear at all) than as seen in the sample application. For an explanation of the various application parts, please see Start An Application.
When your recommendation letters are submitted, you will see a checkmark in the box.
The Post-Decision sample has an erroneous header of "Pre-Decision". We can not simulate this in a sample application. When you reach the post-decision phase, the header will correctly state Pre-Decision.
Once you create an application, you may return to it at any time by logging into the system. When you see checkmarks for all the items on the right-hand side, your application is considered to be complete and submitted. The system will send you an e-mail once a decision has been made on your application.
